Our commitment

Intentia is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

What we do

Use clear, plain-English language throughout the app
Ensure sufficient colour contrast for text and interactive elements
Provide text alternatives for non-text content
Support keyboard navigation throughout the application
Use semantic HTML and ARIA attributes where appropriate
Design responsive layouts that work across devices and screen sizes

Known limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the app may not yet be fully optimised. We are actively working to identify and resolve any barriers.
